Injector Cleaning & Testing
We are able to clean, test or replace the majority of car injectors, including piezo, standard, GDI/FSI , old and new, for the large majority of car makes and models. We are proud of our inhouse injector cleaning and testing service, with a fast, friendly and efficient serice. Our ultrasonic injector cleaning and testing machines are the best on the market and make sure that we deliver a first class service to our customers. Our ultrasonic cleaning service allows us to remove dirt from the injector pintle and seats, returning fuel flow to how it should be.

Our Hartridge / Delphi Common Rail Injector Tester is the best equipment available bar none and allows us to quickly and accurately test Common Rail Diesel Injectors from most manufacturers including :-
- Bosch
- Delphi
- Denso
- VDO
- Continental
The injectors are tested electronically, for Inductance, Resistance and Capacitance, then then the spray pattern and flow at their normal operating pressure, up to 1000 Bar or 14,500 PSI, then the Backleak or Return Flow Measuring Test is completed and the results compared to those of new injectors. If the injector fails at any point then the test will end and can not continue.
Injector Testing Cost
We have a simple pricing structure for injector testing and cleaning as follows :-
Simply the charge for cleaning injectors is £30.00 per injector plus carriage
These prices are for customer removed injectors, if you would like us to remove and refit the injectors there will be an additional charge depending upon the time taken, plus injector seals and seat re-cutting if necessary,
This service is suitable for car and light van Common Rail Diesel Injectors
Injector Testing Service
We offer our Injector Testing Service to private and trade customers and offer the following :-
- Customer vehicle in our workshop (booking required)
- Customer bringing injectors to our workshop (booking required) This is a while you wait service that takes about an hour
- Injectors by post service – normally same day
